As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in implementing access strategies and supporting negotiations with national payers, regional payers, retail chains, IDNs, and GPOs. This role offers an opportunity to generate insights and develop an innovative value proposition that can be utilized across channels and through different mediums.
Accountabilities:
As an Associate Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify rich market insights across patients, providers, and payers. You will develop compelling and differentiated product value propositions and build associated customer education materials. You will partner with Contracting Strategy to develop effective contracting offerings that achieve access and contribution goals. You will also manage agency relationships ensuring promotional programs are delivered on-time and within budget.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business, marketing or the sciences
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience within the pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical market in any of the following areas: Payer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Market Research, Market Access, Account Management, and / or Field Sales
- Understanding of the US market access landscape and the legal / regulatory environment for pharmaceuticals / biopharmaceuticals
- Understanding of customer and industry marketing practices and trends
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, if required

- MBA in relevant field
