eCommerce Strategy Manager implements the policies and plans to execute the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals. Provides support for evaluating e-commerce investments & initiatives and facilitates the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being an eCommerce Strategy Manager compiles data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points used to analyze opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, eCommerce Strategy Manager plans and implements technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The eCommerce Strategy Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an eCommerce Strategy Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Day to Day Tasks:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and targets
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and control operational costs and expenses
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
