A Day in the Life:

The Corporate Affairs Manager sits at the intersection of strategy, business planning, financial modelling, and CEO presentations and communications. This individual has excellent execution abilities, project management skills, and experience in financial analysis. This individual has a laser-sharp focus on business growth and productivity to execute on the core priorities of shared mobility, electrification and a digital-first experience with technology and innovation. The Corporate Affairs Manager will report directly to the Vice President, Chief of Staff.

This position plays an important role in shaping the direction of the company, with a strong focus on supporting strategic initiatives. 

The starting salary for this position is $80K; commensurate with experience. 

What You’ll Do:

• Develop relationship with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and implementation of key initiatives. 
• Maintain broad tracker of high priority initiatives to help drive accountability to deliver against timelines and results.
• Help drive long-range and strategic planning processes by providing research and analysis and recommendations for growth.
• Play a key role in the company’s EV growth initiative, including providing leadership and mentorship to motivate team members and other stakeholders.
• Strengthen development of core car rental growth and improvement strategy.
• Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations with superior attention to detail to translate business objectives into narrative form.
• Provide data insights and analysis to help enhance and expedite business decision-making.
• Think strategically about areas of improved operational efficiency across the business and path to implementation. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 
• 6 years in operations, consulting, or finance-related contexts
• Strong financial, quantitative and analytical acumen/skills
• Strong competency in business analysis and initial implications of that analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; communication skill sets suitable for executive audience. 
• Excellent presentation skills in preparing decks, visuals, and data to support decision making with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to drive multiple workstreams across a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel.
