eCommerce Strategy Manager implements the policies and plans to execute the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals. Provides support for evaluating e-commerce investments & initiatives and facilitates the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being an eCommerce Strategy Manager compiles data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points used to analyze opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, eCommerce Strategy Manager plans and implements technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The eCommerce Strategy Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an eCommerce Strategy Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Description:

    ·      Directs and manages all facility specific operations in accordance with company policy, procedure, plans, and strategy.

    ·      Identifies opportunities for improvement in facility processes, performance and personnel and implements actions to benefit from the opportunity.

    ·      Participates as an active and effective member of the executive management team for the company.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    ·      Lead the facility’s activities in support of the business plan and targeted improvement projects.

    ·      Participate in the development of the company’s plans, programs, and policies as an active member of the company Executive Management Team.

    ·      Provide facility specific business planning information annually or as required. This includes sales forecasts, capital spending requirements, staffing levels, and expected overhead spending, and expected material and labor variances.

    ·      Establish a key facility management team with key performance indicators for each function. Participate as an active member of the company business development team. Periodically provide customer specific updates, plans, and programs to the team. Communicate all critical customer issues to Executive Management Team as they occur

    ·      Provide leadership and direction to all facility personal to assure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

    ·      Plan capital expenditures to support improvement and growth. Providing planned timing, expected return, and financial impact of the requested expenditure to the executive management team for consensus.

    ·      Lead the monthly operations review of the facility with the Executive Management Team. Provide analysis of the facility performance and communication actions and plans to resolve or improve.

    ·      Facility customer performance and satisfaction. This would include quotes on time, delivery, quality, submissions approved on time, and overall customer satisfaction.

    ·      Operational measures including performance to all areas of the business plan.

    ·      Quality system audit scores from internal, 3rd party, and customer audits.

    ·      Implementation of company initiatives planned by the Executive Management Team

    ·      Effectiveness of developing and managing facility management team

     


    Qualifications:

    ·      Business degree and/or 10 years of manufacturing management experience.

    ·      Problem analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional level. Leadership/management – demonstrates ability to lead and include staff in planning and executing decisions, continuous improvement efforts – getting results through others

    ·      Self-directed, intelligent, articulate, decisive individual who can relate to all levels of the company possessing excellent communication skills.

    ·      Technical skills and experience in plastic injection molding processing, tooling, and machinery.
