    About The Role:

    We are searching for a passionate and forward-thinking Digital Business Strategy Manager to lead our music streaming platforms and YouTube growth strategy across the Latin Iberia region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our presence across all major music streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc.) and YouTube. You will play a key role in maximizing our reach, engagement, and revenue through these channels. This role can be based in our offices in Mexico City or in Bogota.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of the music streaming landscape and YouTube ecosystem, including user trends, platform features, and competitor activity.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive music streaming platform and YouTube growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with music streaming platforms and YouTube to secure optimal placements, promotional opportunities, and data access.
    • Develop and execute data-driven campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions on music streaming platforms and YouTube.
    • Analyze platform and channel performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the music streaming industry and YouTube.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, content, A&R) to ensure a cohesive strategy across all channels.
    • Manage budgets and resources allocated to music streaming platforms and YouTube.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 6 years of experience in digital business strategy, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
    • Deep understanding of the music industry, the music streaming landscape, and YouTube ecosystem.
    • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
