Provides support for evaluating e-commerce investments & initiatives and facilitates the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being an eCommerce Strategy Manager compiles data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points used to analyze opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, eCommerce Strategy Manager plans and implements technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. The Role:
The Manufacturing Strategy Project Success Manager owns the Fuel Systems manufacturing strategy and is accountable for its execution. This responsibility is critical to ensure competitive and sustainable production solutions for Fuel Systems products. The strategy includes continuous improvement and investment in core manufacturing processes as well as leveraging our Supply Base partners for non-core processes and supply assurance. This role reports to the Product Manager and will lead projects and assignments supporting the multi-generational manufacturing plan. This will be accomplished by strong collaboration, applying critical/analytical thinking, and leveraging subject matter expertise in manufacturing/assembly processes and global trends to identify and implement solutions.
Job duties include:
· 4 year college/university technical degree
· 10 years of experience in product manufacturing engineering (machining and/or assembly) and operations
· Awareness of global trends in precision manufacturing
· Business acumen and capability to build strong technical understanding of fuel system component manufacturing
· Ability to think strategically and translate data insights into executable actions and strategy development
