What you’ll do
Review metrics and dashboards to ensure SLA and other business standards are met
Ensure compliance within FCRA framework is met utilizing EWS Credentialing standards
Lead staff meetings and one on ones to ensure the analysts are briefed on policy or process changes, understand their impact on results, and have the support they need to be successful
Performance Management for non-exempt staff
Evaluate current processes and procedures for improvement
Handle all client and/or employee escalations pertaining to eCommerce and Invoiced processes
What experience you need
