We are currently seeking self-motivated, experienced, hard-working ASSISTANT MANAGER, who will provide support to the Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for the overall performance of daily operations in our Ecommerce/Marketplace department.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Maintain and oversee orderly operations and safety of all areas of responsibility; ensure that policies and procedures are being properly carried out with the Ecommerce and Marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc).
• Consistently achieve high level of customer satisfaction and store performance.
• Through leadership, ensure all customer related issues are resolved in a timely manner in alignment with company policies.
• Ensure goals and solutions are communicated to all associates throughout
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned including light warehouse work if needed occasionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be flexible with daily tasks/assignments/projects as priorities change
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Advanced computer/internet usage
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Must have a strong willingness to learn

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 3 years of customer service experience
• Physical requirements: may need to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally, may stand for prolonged periods of time occasionally.
• A college degree is preferred

Full-time only. Starting Pay is $21-$24 depending on experience.

Work hours range: Monday-Friday: Day Shift
