Being an eCommerce Strategy Manager compiles data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points used to analyze opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, eCommerce Strategy Manager plans and implements technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The eCommerce Strategy Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. USDA SNAP Store Reviewer
Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) seeks field personnel to serve as “Reviewers” to perform store reviews in all 50 U.S. States, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Visit assigned retail stores unannounced
· Present identification badge and official USDA documentation
· Complete general survey of retailer
· Conduct 10-15 interview questions with store contact
· Capture 55-70 high quality photos
· Complete food inventory checklist of product and services for customers
· Create sketch of store layout
· Upload information electronically via computer or smart phone for review
General Requirements
· Field inspection experience is strongly preferred
· Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must have access to a reliable computer/laptop/smart device with high-speed internet
· Professionalism, strong organization skills, time-management, communication, and attention to details
