For this position we are looking for an ambitious, and self-driven individual to join us as an Office Manager & Executive Assistant. Keystone has grown substantially each year and this position is critical to our continued growth. You will work directly with the leadership of the firm to creatively solve problems and foster our company’s culture. You will have opportunities to learn many facets of the business, from Finance and Accounting, to Recruiting, Marketing, and HR. The ideal candidate is passionate about personal and community growth. Clear communication and the ability to read a room is a must, as is a comprehensive understanding of the organization, leadership team structure, and business partner/stakeholder roles.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Amplify Keystone’s culture by fostering an entrepreneurial, high impact, professional and fun environment for a growing office. Tasks might include 1) collaborating and problem solving with Keystone leadership, 2) on-boarding new hires, 3) managing infrastructure, and 4) cultivating office culture through team lunches, engaging activities, and our office speaker series
• Support the firm’s high-growth practice by helping maintain client relationships and the pipeline of business development opportunities, review practice area financials and KPIs, plan and execute regular practice area group meetings
• A broad range of important activities for one senior partner including: managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans; and helping our executives have greater impact in their roles

Desired skills & experience

Technical – aptitude for structuring and analyzing data and reporting findings (we mostly use Excel for this type of work).

US Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, qualifications.
