eCommerce Strategy Manager implements the policies and plans to execute the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals. Provides support for evaluating e-commerce investments & initiatives and facilitates the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being an eCommerce Strategy Manager compiles data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points used to analyze opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, eCommerce Strategy Manager plans and implements technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The eCommerce Strategy Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an eCommerce Strategy Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Ecommerce / Warehouse Manager
Description:
The Freedom Outdoors E-commerce / Warehouse manager is responsible for managing all areas of the E-commerce presence of Freedom Outdoors. They manage the inventory system to include product receiving and inventory system data input, selection, packaging and shipping of products for sales and returns.
Additionally, the E-commerce / Warehouse manager is tasked with planning and further development of the shop appearance, E-commerce platforms and to act as an interface between the web design provider, the marketing department, the retail manager and the IT service provider.
The E-commerce / Warehouse manager is responsible for in-depth analysis of platform statistics in order to optimize product offerings. Using data analysis to collaborate with retail and marketing managers to place targeted advertising initiatives to maximize customer conversion rates.
The E-commerce / Warehouse manager is also responsible for overseeing warehouse operations to include receiving and tagging inventory, the physical organization of incoming inventory and over stock, and prioritization of receiving.
The E-commerce / Warehouse manager will be a perfect blend of a strategic mindset, operational expertise and delivery mastery while ensuring Freedom Outdoors focus on providing a premier customer experience translates into all E-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:

- Develop pricing strategies for the e-commerce store
- Returns management
- Plan promotional campaigns such as contests or giveaways
- Evaluate website design and discuss plans to improve
- Initiate market research studies
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Identify areas of improvement in existing work procedures and practices
- Train warehouse personnel as necessary
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
