Insitu seeks exceptional graduate students to join us as strategy and growth interns for Summer 2024. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with your mentor and other leaders, applying your knowledge and skills to projects with significant impact.

Reporting directly to Insitu's Strategy lead, the Strategy Intern will be a key member of the Insitu Growth Team. Responsibilities include:

* Analyzing customer and market dynamics to forecast opportunities.

* Supporting internal alignment with strategic initiatives.

* Collaborating with technical leadership to shape technology investments.

We're seeking candidates who:

* Collaborate effectively across organizations.

* Apply critical thinking to construct analyses and present insights to leaders.

* Are proficient in the analysis of financial and operational concepts.

* Understand the dynamics of the aerospace and defense industry.

Required Qualifications:

* Actively pursuing a graduate-level degree.

* Ability to navigate export-controlled technical data (US Citizenship required).

* 1 year experience conducting analyses and managing projects.

* 1 year experience influencing stakeholders and building cross-functional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with relevant communities such as the Department of Defense (DoD), Tech, Manufacturing or Finance industries.

* Experience in quantitative analysis such as business case modeling.

* Ability to generate insights from quantitative and qualitative data.

* Clear, effective, and organized communication skills.

* Academically prepared to bring a framework-driven approach to strategy development.

Location:

This is an on-site position at Insitu headquarters in beautiful Bingen, WA. Relocation assistance is not provided.
