Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property. The ideal candidate will have expertise in property management and possess strong administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Oversee rent collection and delinquency management
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Negotiate leases and renewals while maintaining high occupancy rates

Qualifications:

- Experience in property management, preferably in LIHTC properties
- Proficiency in office and real estate administrative tasks
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle property maintenance issues effectively
- Proficient in conflict management and problem-solving
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software
- Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements
- Prior experience in property leasing is a plus
