- Supporting faculty with recruitment and training of teaching assistants by developing workshops as appropriate as a way to up-skill TAs.
- Engage with faculty to understand what curriculum modifications need to be so as to communicate with students in an effective way, ensuring that it aligns with the goals of the department, college, and the university.
- Work closely with faculty and advisors to understand curriculum changes and to communicate this information to students. Assist in student self assessments to determine course path based on their background levels in the field.
- Gathering and evaluating student performance and faculty efforts to enhance course redesign initiatives. They will collaborate with faculty to adjust programs and services to align with the college and department's need, and with the objectives at hand.
