An Account Representative establishes at a minimum a summary of requirements and demands for all levels. It is diverse in nature and can be challenging and unpredictable at times. Position duties include, but are not limited to work of a diverse character; serving as bookkeeper; conducting invoice activities, paying vendors, providing inventory support, performing clerical/administrative functions; including answering the telephone, assist with budget preparations, handle accounts, make bank deposits as required, maintain ledgers, pay approved bills, prepare financial statements and reports, reconcile bank accounts, maintain property specific files including personnel files, prepare payroll, work closely with property owners to address accounting related questions/concerns, prepare meeting packets, and prepare various reports. Account Representatives work directly and closely with the Property Manager and support staff of their respective properties.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Candidates may be required to complete a skills test.
Previous admin experience working in property management is preferred.
Must work weekends and holidays
