Account Representative, Sr. - Technology Sales jobs in Amarillo, TX

Techline, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative to work in the Amarillo, Texas branch.

Primary Purpose : This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional responsiveness to each client’s needs and requests.

The primary role will be to develop, implement, and manage customer accounts and serve as the liaison between the clients, vendors, and the company.

This role will also require coordination with the Warehouse Manager on shipping and delivery.

Major Responsibilities / Tasks

• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Relay customer needs to Techline staff members
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Negotiate with the manufacturer regarding pricing and delivery details

The account representative role is essential to conducting the general business operations of Techline, Inc. and in meeting the needs of its customers.

Skillfully exercising independent judgment and discretion is essential to the success of someone in this position.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Minimum of one-year sales-based work experience required
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in engineering-based, industrial distribution, or applicable field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required
