• Educational Background: A Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Science is required. We value continuous learning and encourage professional licensure. If you're not already licensed, don't worry – we'll support you in obtaining ALC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, or LMFT licensure within 90 days of hire.

• Experience: While previous experience is preferred, we welcome fresh perspectives and a willingness to learn. If you have a minimum of two years working experience in addictions treatment, that's a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for our patients.
