Advertising Coordinator is responsible for the conceptual design, creation, and delivery of advertising campaigns through media channels, including digital, social, print, and broadcast. Analyzes stakeholder requirements and defines objectives for advertising. Being an Advertising Coordinator develops audience targeting and strategy. Organizes assigned project tasks and timelines that ensure on-time delivery of projects. Additionally, Advertising Coordinator incorporates processes to ensure advertising quality, consistency, and effective branding. Coordinates with vendors to design and deliver promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns and events. Monitors campaigns and analyzes performance to make recommendations or recalibrate based on results. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Advertising Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive orders from local, national personnel with traffic and copy instructions
- Enter national/regional sales orders in Wide Orbit
- Coordinate with sales and production to ensure commercial copy is scheduled and run as instructed
- Participate in station Programming, Promotions, Sales and events as it relates to commercial programming logs
- Tracking commercial scripts and ensuring all copy/creative is received and accurately inputted into the VCreative Production order system in a timely fashion, by daily deadlines
- Coordinating and executing the entering of syndicated radio programs and network commercials and affidavits
- Assist Market Manager, General Sales Manager and Digital Sales Manager with advertising orders, special sales reports and projects
- Perform other duties within sales/production function as needed
- Report directly to the Market Manager

- Knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations
- Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Traffic software experience preferred, Wide Orbit experience a plus
- VCreative software and Graphic design experience a plus
- Flawless eye for detail
- Organization skills
- Team Player attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
