Advertising Manager manages the implementation of the strategy, plans, and tactics required to create advertising concepts and campaigns that deliver results and meet organizational and stakeholder objectives. Controls the budget, expenditures, resource allocation, and project timelines for all advertising campaigns. Being an Advertising Manager identifies media channels and directs the placement of all advertisements and the development of promotional materials. Ensures consistent and effective branding and messaging in all forms of advertisements. Additionally, Advertising Manager deploys metrics and data analytics processes to measure campaign effectiveness and assess return on investment. Maintains awareness of industry and competitive intelligence and recommends innovative and new advertising methods and initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Advertising Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Must memorize the RTN presentation (earns a $250.00 bonus)

Daily responsibilities:
Be in the assigned market during business hours (8:30 am to 5:30pm)
Prospect for leads in the assigned area.
Make the dials necessary to set F2F appointments (average 75 daily)
RTN Compensation; $52K fixed incentive, comprised of a $32K annual salary (pays weekly) $20K in additional opportunity to earn a minimal of $200 a week in bonus money, this can be more but that will be up to the sales representative additional weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses a cash collected bonus a gas allowance and uncapped commissions.
The average RTN sales representative earns $75K to $85 annually and RTN top performers are earning $90K to $100k per year.
Salary bonus money earned weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Bonuses are based on activity starting as soon as training is completed. Field Representatives are paid what they earn in high commissions and bonuses a salary.
Uncapped commissions as high as 30%
