Being a Aides Supervisor - Home Care monitors the quality of care performed by the home health aide staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Aides Supervisor - Home Care typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Aides Supervisor - Home Care supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be working with our clients helping them with day-to-day activities so that they can age in place. You will have a MAJOR impact on their life helping them with things like….
Bathing and dressing so they can start their day feeling good.
Preparing nutritious meals for them so their body can heal, and they will have the energy they need to make it through the day.
Make sure they are taking their medications to reduce visits to the hospital.
Sometimes run errands for them.
Helping with light housekeeping so that their environment is clean and safe…
Assist them with other mental and physical exercises designed to help them improve their health and reduce the risk of fall.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with caring for Elderly and disabled people.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license and auto insurance.
Must have a clean background record and be able to pass a drug screen.
Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills.
