Ambulatory Services Director jobs in New Hampshire

An established critical access hospital located in the Upper Connecticut Valley region is now looking for an experienced Regional Director Ambulatory Clinics to join their award-winning healthcare team.

For more than a century, this 35-bed critical access hospital has provided accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare. This location represents a number of services including a level IV Trauma Center, inpatient services, orthopedics and surgical services, imaging and laboratory testing, behavioral health, and rehabilitative services. 

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Director Ambulatory Clinics will lead the operational and financial success of all outpatient clinic sites. The Regional Director Ambulatory Clinics will direct service line projects, enhance patient safety, promote evidence-based practices, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, reviews department costs, participates in organizational committees, assists with organization grants, and addresses any organizational needs.

What Makes You Awesome: 

• Bachelor’s level degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Progressive leadership experience working in ambulatory or outpatient care
• Prior leadership experience in healthcare setting
