Position Summary:
The Staffing and Retention Coordinator provides continuity of care for our clients by ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. The Staffing and Retention Coordinator is responsible for customer service and relationship management to ensure our clients and caregivers are extremely satisfied. This position must orchestrate, monitor, and supervise our client’s care and communicate their needs to all team members, providers, and family members. They are also responsible for covering all service requests and resolving client issues. The Staffing and Retention Coordinator also provides analysis, guidance, and recommendations around retention.
