Position: Director of Cardiovascular Services

• salary range: $130k - $170k, complemented by an incentive bonus.

In this leadership role, you'll oversee key cardiovascular departments, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff training, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Lead and integrate department services, ensuring seamless operations and collaboration across departments.
• Policy Development: Create, implement, and review policies and procedures to guide and support cardiovascular services.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the financial operations of the cardiovascular departments, ensuring budget adherence and fiscal responsibility.
• Staff Development: Ensure comprehensive orientation for new employees and continuous training for the team.
• Medical Liaison: Act as a bridge between the medical staff and nursing, ensuring clear communication and meeting medical staff needs.

Qualifications:

• ACLS, BLS certifications.
• BSN required.
• Active RN license.
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive CV leadership roles.

• Role includes oversight of 3 cath labs, a day-patient area, and a heart valve clinic with 7 beds.
