Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of web developers in the design, construction, testing and implementation of multiple, concurrent, large-system initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective, efficient and state-of-the-art application systems are in place and maintained.
Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and scrum masters to ensure solutions delivered meet the expectations of our business stakeholders.
Oversee the full software development life cycle, from project initiation to delivery and maintenance.
Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and testing processes to maintain the quality of our commercial application portfolio.
Optimize resource utilization and explore cost-effective solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence in software development practices.
Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web and application development.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering or related field
10 years of system and application development experience, with at least 3 years in a direct supervisory/managerial role
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience with B2B/B2C, e-commerce and or commercial systems development, such as CRM and web frameworks
Full-stack development technologies, including React, Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
Experience with Cloud Based Development Platforms such as AWS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizations
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to develop and manage a team to drive results
