RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
Make staffing, disciplinary, and compensation recommendations to department head
Ensure checklists are updated and completed
Assist with physical inventories as prescribed by PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties, Inc
Adjust group sales offerings as needed
Verify the accuracy of prices for state and federal taxes and other charges on all sales tickets and accurately operate the Point of Sale (P.
O.S.) system. Handle and count cash, make accurate change, record credit cards and member charges as prescribed by standard operating procedures
Anticipate the needs of members and guests and offer appropriate merchandise alternatives
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a variety of outdoor weather conditions. Position is very active and requires lifting, pulling or pushing up to or over 25 pounds, moving and / or lift items with awkward weights.
