We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming sales calls and internet leads
• Handle incoming Riding Academy phone calls, class confirmation, and follow up with graduates.
• Maintain Shopify listings for General Merchandise and process sales.
• Maintain an accurate database with customer information, notes, etc
• Support on-line customers by establishing rapport, answering questions, providing information and setting appointments.
• Complete outbound event invites
• Assist Marketing Manager on event and advertising needs.
• Work with Managers on lead sources, specials, promotions, etc.
• Contact customers using mailing lists, tickler files and personal follow-up to encourage additional sales, maintain customer relationship, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
• High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email
• Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently
