    Position Overview: 

    As the Higher Education Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind crafting and implementing marketing strategies that position Juniper as the go-to solution provider in networking for the Higher Education industry. From creating engaging campaigns to fostering meaningful partnerships, your role will be pivotal in propelling our brand to new heights in the Higher Education space.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the unique networking needs and trends of the Higher Education industry.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts seamlessly integrate with product development and sales strategies.
    • Craft and communicate a compelling narrative that resonates with Higher Education stakeholders.
    • Drive the creation of impactful marketing collateral, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels.
    • Working together with the campaign team develop and implement creative and data-driven marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation within the Higher Education sector.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver dynamic content and marketing collaterals for the Higher Education customers
    • Support Field Marketing and Sales teams to execute engaging events, trade shows, Higher Education industry partnerships to showcase our networking solutions.
    • Work with our partners to deliver Co-marketing campaigns to expand Juniper’s presence in the Higher Education sector

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of Higher Education industry trends, customer behaviour, and technology adoption.
    • Creative mindset with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Strong networking capabilities and proactiveness to deal with the demand from key stakeholders, especially senior management.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external stakeholders.- Global experience is a plus

    Minimum Salary: $108,900.00

    Maximum Salary:$166,980.00

    The pay range for this position is expected to be between $108,900.00 and $166,980.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

    If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

    Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
