Archivist - Higher Ed. establishes policies and procedures for university special collections, archives, digitization, preservation, and conservation. Collaborates with other college offices in identifying potential donors and materials that support university collection. Being an Archivist - Higher Ed. requires a master's degree. Typically reports to a institutional officer. The Archivist - Higher Ed. contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Position Summary :
Assists Emergency Department nurses with the comfort and care of the ED patients. Greets patients upon arrival to the department and facilitates throughput in triage as directed by the triaging RN.
Meets with patients as needed to resolve complaints. Provides back up to unit secretary as needed. The ER tech may obtain IV access collect lab specimens and perform EKG’s as required.
