A highly reputable 150 bed acute care hospital in Southern Connecticut, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Emergency Department RN Supervisor to join their team. As the Night Shift Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care while contributing to the overall success of the department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• RN Emergency Room experience is a must
• Supervisory experience in an emergency department (Charge, Educator, Coordinator, Assistant Nurse Manager, Supervisor, etc.)
• Prior acute care hospital experience required

* This is a full-time night shift position. The team is willing to be flexible on in and out times as this is a 4 day a week, 10 hour shift role. This position is required to work 2 weekends per month. *
