Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees. Additionally, Assembly Supervisor conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications. Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Responsibilities:
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on various brands of commercial and residential fitness equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, request necessary parts to complete repairs
- Design and build custom solutions for clients' specific needs
- Perform Fitness Equipment installation in both residential and commercial environments
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in appliance repair, HVAC, or related field
- Strong knowledge of tools, ability to learn mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair complex issues with fitness equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
