Assembly Supervisor jobs in Nevada
Assembly Supervisor supervises a manufacturing production line that assembles fabricated parts. Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets. Being an Assembly Supervisor resolves production problems and answers workers' questions about processes, methods, or equipment. Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees. Additionally, Assembly Supervisor conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications. Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Assembly Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Assembly Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. - Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on various brands of commercial and residential fitness equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, request necessary parts to complete repairs
- Design and build custom solutions for clients' specific needs
- Perform Fitness Equipment installation in both residential and commercial environments
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfactionQualifications:
- Previous experience in appliance repair, HVAC, or related field
- Strong knowledge of tools, ability to learn mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair complex issues with fitness equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.45 - $23.43 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
