```Job Overview``` We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. ```Duties``` - Manage and supervise staff members, including training and development - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high-quality standards - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Coordinate catering services for special events or functions - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize productivity - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Maintain a clean and organized work environment ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role - Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for the hospitality industry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
