ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include the following: (other duties may be assigned)

• Coach weekly sports classes ranging from Basketball, Soccer, Swim, Tumbling, and More. 
• Program curriculum of sports programs based on the themes and programs of each sport. 
• Participate in daily instruction. This is an active role the requires both the planning and participation of activities. 
• Lead the kids through a safe and positive practice. 
• Coordinate progress reports, fill out, and distribute to parents. 
• Be a leader in the space, ready to show up with a positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

• Have experience coaching sports and working with kids. 
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Ability to maintain flexible attitude and approach towards assignments and successfully operate under ambiguous guidelines.

Education and Experience:

• PE Certification or degree preferred but not required
