Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Accounting typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Job Objective: Position is responsible for performing material handling tasks associated with receiving, replenishing picking locations, picking customer orders, and preparing shipments for transport. Must also be able to flex into any tasks as determined to be needed by Team Leader.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Unloading cartons from inbound containers/trailers, sort and palletize cartons in preparation for storage as per direction given.
- Replenish picking locations at the pallet, case and unit level.
- Pick full case orders as well as unit level order picking as directed.
- Load cartons or pallets on to trailers for shipment to customers.
Education: Reading, writing, and computational skills normally associated with a high school diploma. Must pass Health Services Testing requirements for this position, including the Work Ability Test.
Experience: Warehouse experience preferred.
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously during an 8–10-hour shift.
Special Credentials/Skills: Must be able to operate work saver/electric pallet jack.
