$25-$35 per hour (W-2)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST

Location: Join us in-office 2-3 days per week and work-from-home the other days! (There's candy and we're in a fun retail district located south of Boston in Norwell, MA)

IDEAL CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS:

• One year of experience and can demonstrate basic bookkeeping knowledge in a skills assessment
• List lover (Every day, you will bang out a lists of stuff. Fun stuff. Important stuff. Necessary stuff.)
• You geek out over organization and can handle being on the computer the majority of the day
• QuickBooks is your jam

• We prefer accuracy over speed because the details matter. You don't race through work and don't do things done half-assed; you do them right

SPARK BOOKKEEPER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reconcile, close the month, and review financials for approximately 30 small businesses on your roster each month within your goal time
• Deliver world-class service by receiving 5-Star Reviews from each of your clients each quarter on your roster
• Take ownership of your work and utilize training feedback to develop your skills as measured by your Lead Accountant
• Communication is what makes us SPARKLE in everything. Respond to teammates within 60 minutes and to clients within 24 hours or less.

COMPENSATION: $25-$35 per hour
