Job Title: Registered Nurse

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Promote patient independence by setting care goals, educating patients and families about health conditions, and self-care skills.
• Administer medications and conduct various patient tests within the registered nurse scope of practice.
• Employ both experience and judgment to meet and excel in care objectives.
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 7 AM to 7:30 PM; minimal on-call requirements, including occasional weeknights and weekends. One holiday on-call shift required annually.
• Assess assigned patients and design, implement, and document comprehensive nursing care plans.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or active enrollment in an RN to BSN or RN to MSN program with a minimum of 6 credits completed within the last 12 months.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of first assist experience in specialties such as robotics, vascular/endo-vascular, spine, and total joints.
• Certifications: Current PA Registered Nurse License required.
• Other: Commitment to full-time engagement and professional advancement in nursing.
