Assoc. Professor - Legal Support teaches courses in the discipline area of legal services. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Assoc. Professor - Legal Support provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Legal Support typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Client Support Specialist duties include interacting with clients via e-mail and over the phone to help resolve issues. This position will be the subject matter expert for all services offered by the company.

Onsite M-F 8:30 - 5:30 (Eastern Time)
Client Support Specialist job functions:
- Investigate and research problems thereby ensuring proper corrective action is taken
- Quickly address client and sales partner inquires and resolve any issues
- Set-up new client accounts via the company portal
- Direct, coach, and prepare new clients to use portal features
- Perform transcript/video status checks
- Field incoming inquiries from clients around price quotes for jobs which have already been performed
- Express genuine interest and retain knowledge of the type of legal services offered

Requirements
All you need to be a Client Support Specialist is 2 years of relevant work experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior administrative/office experience a plus!
