    OUR AWARD WINNING CLIENT is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join their team. As a national leader in healthcare services, our client has been recognized with numerous awards for excellence in their field.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of OUR AWARD WINNING CLIENT, the Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will provide integrated oversight and management of revenue cycle activities for assigned partners to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Director is responsible for establishing, monitoring, and managing all functional areas of intake, billing, and collection operations to support optimized billing and cash flow in accordance with SLAs. The Director will also be involved in overall business planning, strategy, budgeting, trend analysis, evaluation, and performance of revenue cycle outcomes to achieve KPIs and SLA expectations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience, including experience with DME billing.

    Essential Functions:

    • Intake, Billing, AR Management: Directs the Intake, Billing, Collections, and AR functions. Provides strategic leadership for assigned revenue cycle functions and resources to support effective operations. Implements intake, billing, and collection processes to support achievement of SLEs and SLAs and efficient management of the revenue cycle processes. Ensures compliance with work standards and timely filing deadlines.
    • Operations Oversight: Provides operations oversight, technical support, and guidance to partner accounts based on SLA tier. Directs day-to-day operations within assigned scope to achieve goals. Develops effective communication and relationships with vendor contacts. Mentors and coaches staff to optimize performance.
    • Fiscal Management: Monitors Partner Revenue Cycle performance and plans intake, billing, and collection activities to ensure positive financial outcomes. Assesses expenditures needed to achieve performance outcomes. Ensures compliance with regulations and internal controls.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Provides access to cohesive, consistent, high-quality data and analysis. Monitors activities and KPIs regularly and intervenes when indicators are not trending favorably.
    • Customer Service: Models exemplary customer service behavior and ensures customer expectations are exceeded. Regularly seeks feedback from stakeholders.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Master's degree in business, accounting, finance, or healthcare administration.
    • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience with DME billing preferred.
