- Assist the Director in shaping the incoming classes by advising and interviewing prospective students.
- Evaluate academic and professional backgrounds to assess admissibility.
- Make admissions recommendations.
- Oversee admissions process.
- Consult with various University offices and departments to respond to admissions and student-related inquiries, issues, and problems.
Percentage of time 40 Duties/Responsibilities - Plan and participate in recruitment events both on-and off-campus; oversee logistics and participate in information sessions, class visits and other events; assess effectiveness and participate in goal setting.
- Work with prospect and applicant data base system to manage the college's interactions with applicants and accepted students.
Percentage of time 25 Duties/Responsibilities - Compile data for reporting purposes including application, admission and enrollment reports; class profile data; ranking surveys; national trend surveys.
- Maintain awareness of competitive environment and national trends in working professional MBA programs.
