STATEMENT OF JOB:
The Calderwood Pavilion Management Associate is a key player in the operations team of the Calderwood Pavilion for The Huntington. The primary focus of this position is supporting the Calderwood Pavilion Manager and House Manager in their clerical, accounting, and scheduling responsibilities. This position will interact with rental clients and vendors of the Calderwood Pavilion to ensure our daily operations run smoothly. Additionally, they may be asked to manage events taking place in the building, ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all patrons, tenants, and clients.
