Associate Dean of Law jobs in Brookline, MA

Description: Fox Rothschild LLP an opening in multiple offices for an Education Law Associate with 4 to 6 years’ experience representing independent schools, and/or management-side private sector labor and employment law counseling and representation. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position at this time.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong research skills, writing skills, and academic record are required.
• Experience representing private schools and/or private sector traditional labor law experience required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary range for this position applies to New York. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $220,000 - $265,000 in New York.
