Associate Dean of Law assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of the college of law. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Law provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Law typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Law typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be an Associate Dean of Law typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. The Law Office of Andrew Bryant is looking for a full-time Family Law Associate in downtown, Colorado Springs to join his very busy law office. Candidates must be admitted to and in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
Key aspects of this job will include:
· Providing professional, ethical, and compassionate legal representation to our clients.
· Conducting thorough legal research and producing well-crafted legal documents.
· Collaborating closely with your paralegal to provide excellent representation for your clients.
· Ensuring the timely and efficient execution of legal tasks.
· Advocating on behalf of our clients in various legal matters.
To be successful in this roll, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
· 2-5 years as a practicing attorney, a bonus if prior experience is in Family law
· Admission to practice law in the state of Colorado
· A law degree from an accredited law school.
· Additional licensure or experience is considered a plus.
