Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     - Prior experience working as an attorney or in a similar legal role is preferred but not required
    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
