Description

The Associate Web Developer for Company applications. This position requires and provides technical and leadership in working with various IT teams and business users while providing excellent execution on priority tasks. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Designs, develops, and implements software packages for company websites. Must be proficient with HTML/CSS, Dreamweaver, Flash, Cold Fusion, and Illustrator. Relies on limited judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Possess and maintain an adequate level of knowledge of operating systems and application software being used to provide high levels of support to users. 
• Monitor and evaluate efficiency of software/hardware usage and make recommendations for improvement. 
• Working knowledge of JSP, JavaScript, Apache HTTP server, ASP and SQL programming is a plus. 
• Ability to learn new technologies, solve complex technical problems and multitask between different projects.
• The ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment is required. 
• Participate in Team meetings, providing input and suggestions, and prepare minutes of discussion items. 
• Utilize technology to provide staff with a fast, accurate, and secure method of gaining access to information so they can service the member in the fastest and most efficient manner possible. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four (4) years of Web Design experience.
