We are looking for an associate editor to take on the responsibilities of editing and assisting in publication-related activities for our business. In this role, you will play an active part in ensuring the completion and quality of written articles, videos and other deliverables.
We are looking for a candidate with a keen eye for detail, good design judgment and the ability to manage projects to completion.
Responsibilities:
Writing articles, scripts and other content.
Checking content for spelling, style and grammar.
Performing research and fact-checking.
Collaborating with writers, designers and photographers.
Performing editing and proofing on submitted articles.
Updating social media and other online content.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree.
A minimum of 2 years of writing or editing experience is preferred.
Experience using a content management system.
Adept at long-form and short-form writing.
Excellent grasp of grammar and spelling.
Proven research and fact-checking skills.
