Associate Financial Aid Director assists in the operation of the financial aid program. Instructs students and parents on the application for loans or scholarships. Being an Associate Financial Aid Director maintains records of scholarships, grants, and other monetary assistance. Has knowledge of available private, state, and federal financial aid programs. Additionally, Associate Financial Aid Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the Financial Aid Director. The Associate Financial Aid Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an Associate Financial Aid Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. **You MUST own your own Equipment, Manikins, AED's, and supplies to teach the courses and work for Swift Safety Institute**
This is an independent contractor 1099 position. It will be on an as needed basis, with the potential to work as much as you want based on availability and class need. Pay is a flat rate per contract and is very competitive.
We have a dedicated Training Department that is able to help you grow as an instructor and add more disciplines to your resume! We seek to guide and retain the best instructors in the industry.
