Associate Financial Aid Director assists in the operation of the financial aid program. Instructs students and parents on the application for loans or scholarships. Being an Associate Financial Aid Director maintains records of scholarships, grants, and other monetary assistance. Has knowledge of available private, state, and federal financial aid programs. Additionally, Associate Financial Aid Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the Financial Aid Director. The Associate Financial Aid Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Delivers quality home health care services to the Agency’s clients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Therapist in accordance with physician orders, Agency and industry standards, and federal and state regulations.
Assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobilityEngages residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance• Responds to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessary• Observes residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and reports promptly to a licensed nurse• Completes all forms and documentation such as incident reports, change of condition reports, and behavior tracking, as requested, and in a timely manner• Prepares and serves meals, assists with eating, not including tube feeding• Makes beds, empties garbage, and tidies rooms daily and as needed
Education and Experience:Current state CNA license in good standing•CPR Certificate• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting also preferredValid RN license, valid CPR certificate
