Director of Food Services Opportunity - 

Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA.  Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. The Director of Dietary Services is responsible for hands-on management of all dietary services activities, including menu planning, ordering supplies, dietary consults, hiring, training, and retaining staff who prepare and serve meals to patients and employees. The individual must be a motivational leader dedicated to staff development and employee engagement.

Requirements

• College degree or specialized training in Food Service Management required
• 3 years of dietary services management experience required, preferably in a healthcare facility
• Registered Dietician preferred
• Willingness to be a working manager in the department.
  Strong customer service skills
