Associate Housing Director jobs in Indiana
Associate Housing Director assists in all aspects of on-campus housing for students. Assigns residence hall managers to each dormitory. Being an Associate Housing Director reviews and updates of all housing policies to ensure the safety of residents. May also help maintain an off-campus housing program. Additionally, Associate Housing Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Housing Director. The Associate Housing Director supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Associate Housing Director typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Searching for a Housing Consultant for a Student Housing company, Full Time with Benefits! $15-16/hour
National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to fill an entry level full-time Student Housing Consultant position.
The Student Housing Consultant will help transform leads into student applications, maximize move-ins, and help facilitate good roommate matches. This position is located in Indianapolis at our corporate office.
Candidate must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has some direct contact with our student residents, school administration, and property managers.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. (30 min. lunch)
Salary: $15-16/hour Benefits

This position requires:
- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Good customer service skills, candidate must be able to work independently at a face pace, and have the desire to assist young people in achieving a positive student housing experience.
- Excellent Multi-Tasking skills and must be Detail Oriented.
