Associate Human Resources Director directs the human resources staff that implement and manage policies and programs that reflect the organization's mission and values, support company goals, achieve objectives, and positively engage the workforce. Description
In this role, you will be responsible for varied daily tasks such as greeting customers, restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing, and packing orders, counting inventory, and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner.
You will be expected to work in a team environment and have a great work ethic. You will interact and collaborate with other warehouse staff daily and report to the Warehouse Manager on site.
This role is responsible for working directly with customers and partnering with the team while representing TWRS, LLC to make a positive impression and ensuring satisfaction.
