This Position Exists in Order to:
Assist the Registrar in carrying out all functions, processes, and services related to the registration office. The candidate will serve as the liaison between Ensign College and BYU-Pathway Worldwide, completing registration/records related functions as it pertains to students completing coursework at Ensign College through BYU-Pathway Worldwide.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to work as part of a team, able to collaborate with others
- Experience analyzing data and finding gaps, trends, etc.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize time
- Effective communicator, able to establish expectations. Ability to present data to a variety of stakeholders in a clearly understood manner.
- Experience with technology (PeopleSoft, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office ex.) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in registration, student affairs, and/or enrollment services.
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee daily registration functions and collaborate with all college entities, including BYU-Pathway Worldwide, to ensure processes run smoothly and in a timely manner.
- Strategize, organize, and assist in all outreach and communications associated with registration processes, dates, and deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of FERPA
- Adapt and embrace change and contribute to innovative new ways to improve the student experience at Ensign College.
- Assess processes to improve inefficiencies, automation, and policy adherence.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and professionalism to students, college associates, and external entities.
- Student information system (PeopleSoft) set up, testing, maintenance, and quality control. Including degree and curriculum programming, course scheduling, etc. (ex. Course equivalencies/substitutions, degree audit report, etc.).
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of permanent student records, adhering college review routines and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with BYU Pathway staff and systems as part of partnership efforts and other institutions of higher learning.
- Perform other duties as assigned
